Desert Park

On Tuesday 8 April we were picked up outside our hotel by an Alice Wanderer minibus and taken to the Alice Springs Desert Park.
Once inside you can get an audio guide each. This is a very good way of finding out information about the park while still going at your own pace. The kids enjoyed using it too.

We then headed to the Coolamon Cafe for a snack and then went to see the presentation at the Nature Theatre.













By the end my sister was suffering from the heat and her and the kids caught a bus back to the hotel. I went into the movie theatre for the short film.

Afterwards I headed out to the entrance where I was to be picked up for the next part of the day.
