Penguin Parade

As we were a little early we headed to the coast.




And then to the Penguin Parade.
where we waited for the little penguins to come ashore.
3 or 4 times the separate groups of little penguins would emerge from the water onto the beach, only for one of the group to get frightened and the whole group would rush back into the sea.
Once ashore they'd head for their burrows and, if you walked quietly along the boardwalks, you could follow them home.
